All work is juried on creativity, knowledge and skill in use of medium and must fit our vision for a quality Halloween themed event.  We may put an artist on the waiting list if we have reached the maximum number of applicants in a particular medium so we may offer more variety to the customer and provide a better experience for the artist. 
Due to the overwelming interest in this event, we will notify applicants as soon as possible.

EVENT DETAILS

Operating hours are  6:00 p.m. - Midnight, Friday - Saturday, October 17 - 18, 2014
Tables / Booth space fee is $25.00 per space.  Make checks payable to TALA.  Booth fees are due by September 1, 2014.  Space fee not paid in full by September 1, will be forfitted.

Vendors insurance is also required to participate on the property grounds.  Cost is $39.00 along with a Weston City permit, $15.00.  Links  to purchase both the insurance and permit will be sent to you once your are accepted to participate in the event.

All artists are required to wear white medical scrubs or lab jackets.  Costume is an important component in the overall atmosphere!
